At Lawson Collective Pets, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us by email at Lawsonmerchandise@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery.
Your email must include:
- Your order number
- The item name and details
- A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 working days.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable for items valued at over £10.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- We do not offer refunds for perishable, personalised, or hygiene-sensitive items (such as pet treats, grooming products, or bedding) unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
If the Item is deemed faulty or incorrect on arrival a shipping label will be provided for the return of the item.
Processing Your Refund
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.
